The role:

you will be trained by mads to install and maintain keratin bond hair extensions for our amazing clients

the role will be casual/contractor to start and a 6 month probation period applies to ensure you are the right fit for gloss. hours and days are flexible to suit your schedule, it will start at 5 hours per week with room to expand as demand grows

about you:

experience in the hair and beauty industry is not essential or preferred, i will be hiring based on personality. i started with no experience in the industry three years ago!

customer service experience is desirable

perhaps you have great fine motor skills, and partake in a hobby such as jewellery making, sewing or drawing (these skills will come in handy as ktips are very fiddly)

you’re fun, reliable, can take initiative, can take constructive criticism and easy to get along with

you have good communication skills & charisma to build appropriate professional relationships with clients

you’re comfortable with being on social media and making content (i do not expect you to run your own instagram page for the business)

responsibilities:

full training is provided

preparation of hair extensions including rebonding and colouring hair extensions

Hair extension removals

installing and maintaining hair extensions

general salon upkeep
